  1. Two thoughts:

    1. Why won’t these Kentucky guys stay hurt?

    2. Kentucky reminds me of Michael Jordan here, in that Michael Jordan never committed a foul either.

  2. So far, it seems the major disadvantage that Kansas faces it that Kentucky appears to be a much, much better basketball team.

  3. Had other viewing obligations. I kinda figured this one wouldn’t be as fun to liveblog and I was right.

A massively overacheiving Kansas team of which I’m very proud. Now we wait three years for Kentucky to vacate the title due to recruiting violations.

  4. Yeah, I abandoned liveblogging, as you see.

Jayhawks have nothing to be ashamed of. They even made a game of it in the second half. Still, that Kentucky team might be the best I’ve ever seen – they were just sick.

  5. Seems you hardcore basketball guys that actually blog still should be commenting on the student athlete vs unpaid laborers, particularly in light of the “done in one” based NCAA Champions. For my part I can’t watch college basketball without images of the South Park episode in which Cartman drew the direct analogy between slaves and student athletes. Classic episode.
