Burning Bunning

Jay Cost has a solid read on the Kentucky Senate race. It’s all under-the-surface stuff, but it looks like the Republican party is pretty clearly trying to covertly push Jim Bunning out of his Senate seat.

  2. I think this was the comment I was remembering. There have been, for some time, rumours that Bunning is senile and if he looks vulnerable in Kentucky, an otherwise likely GOP hold, it makes sense that elements in the GOP would try to ease him out.
