Peeve of the day

What the hell does it mean?

What exactly was the need for this word? At what point did ‘health’ (or ‘good health’) become insufficiently descriptive?

And don’t get me started on the use of the word ‘solution’ in the IT world.

  1. It happened about the same time the American public decided that “healthy” could do double duty as either “healthy” or “healthful.”

Personally, I am refusing to buy any Healthy Choice products until they change their name to Healthful Choice.

    I’m sure they’re worried.
